Alpha

 

The Alpha course is another new venture for S. Saviour's.  The Alpha course explores the Christian faith over a number of weeks, it is informal and open to everyone from those who have no idea about faith to those wanting to refresh their memory.  Each session consists of a meal or food of some kind, a talk, either a live talk or more usually a half-hour long video and then good conversation.  It is a safe place to ask questions, to really get to things that interest or trouble us about faith, life, the universe and everything.

The course here will begin on June 6th at 7.30pm and will take place fortnightly.  We'll meet at Church initially all are very welcome, especially those who are new to church or who are worried about returning, just let Fr Andrew know if you are interested in coming so he can organise enough food and chairs!  For more information visit the official Alpha website here
